  • Residents of Jaeger Square enjoy a range of amenities, including:

    Multiple common areas, including outdoor dining space with grilling stations, a state-of-the-art fitness center, co-working spaces and conference rooms, a podcast studio, a dog spa, a solarium, a meditation garden, a community lounge, and a makers space with art supplies.

    The space also features an attached garage with electric vehicle charging stations and bike storage.

    Other amenities include local discounts for residents, on-site retail, and an easy-to-use resident portal.

    Our apartments feature kitchens with stainless steel appliances, chef-inspired kitchens, under-cabinet lighting, and ceramic tile backsplashes. Bathrooms contain walk-in tile showers and quartz countertops.

    Our penthouses feature marble countertops, a gas range with a pot filler, a built-in wine cooler, premium appliances, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

  • You may choose among the four approval methods we offer: security deposit, guarantor, guarantor waiver program, or self-qualification with proof of income. Only one of these options is required for approval.

  • No, utilities are not included in rent. Utilities are serviced through NEP, and the internet is provided by AT&T.

  • We offer a variety of lease terms ranging from 12 to 18 months. If you need other lease terms, be sure to reach out to our leasing team, and we may be able to accommodate.

  • Applications can be submitted online via our website, or you can visit our leasing office for assistance with the application process.

  • Jaeger Square is a pet-friendly community! We do have a dog spa on-site for residents to use.

  • Jaeger Square is located adjacent to the German Village neighborhood in Columbus, OH. It is the perfect place for anyone looking in neighborhoods like Schumacher Place, Merion Village, or near Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

  • We have a dedicated maintenance team on-site to handle repairs and inquiries. Maintenance requests can be submitted through our online portal or directly to the leasing office.

  • Rent payments can be made online through our resident portal by bank transfer, e-check, credit/debit card, or through MoneyGram. We do not accept any in-person/cash payments.

  • In the event of a maintenance emergency, residents should contact our 24/7 emergency maintenance hotline provided upon lease signing for immediate assistance.
